রাজশাহীতে একটি আঞ্চলিক বেতার কেন্দ্র আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে চালু হয়েছিল ১৯৬৪ সালের শেষ দিকে শহরের কাজিহাটা এলাকায় স্থাপিত বেতার ভবন বা সম্প্রচার কেন্দ্র থেকে।

Radio Sweden International 70 years and closed down

Radio Sweden International started broadcasting just 81 years ago from today. 

In the year 2008 Radio Sweden International Celebrating 70 years of Broadcasting and ceased it's SW broadcast on 2010. Here some Information of Radio Sweden from Studio 5 Live:

জাপানের প্রাচীনতম সম্প্রচার প্রতিষ্ঠান NHK (Nippon Hoso Kyokai বা ইংরেজিতে Japan Broadcasting Corporation)' এর অঙ্গ সংগঠন রেডিও জাপানের বাংলা সম্প্রচারের ৫৮ বছর পূর্ণ হচ্ছে আজ তেসরা এপ্রিল। আপনারা জানেন জাপানিরা তাদের নিজেদের দেশটাকে বলে নিপ্পন (Nippon ) বা নিহন ( Nihon) যার অর্থ সূর্য থেকে সৃষ্ট আর এশিয়ার পূর্বপ্রান্তের দেশ বলে আমরা জাপানকে বলি সূর্যোদয়ের দেশ, অর্থাৎ যে দেশে প্রথম সূর্য ওঠে।

জাপানে সরকারি উদ্যোগে সম্প্রচার ব্যবস্থার সূচনা ১৯২৬ সালের ৬ই অগাস্ট তখন নাম ছিল রেডিও টোকিও। এরপর বিধিবদ্ধ আইনের আওতায় NHK নামে যাত্রা শুরু হয় ১৯৩৫ সালের পয়লা জুন। তবে দ্বিতীয় বিশ্বযুদ্ধে জাপানের পরাজয় এবং দেশটি আমেরিকার দখলে চলে যাওয়ায় ছয় বছরের বেশি NHK এর সম্প্রচার বন্ধ ছিল ১৯৫২ সালে পুনরায় এর যাত্রা শুরু হয়।

Radio France International বা RFI এর সাথে আমার সখ্যতা ও শ্রোতা হিসেবে ডি-এক্স জগতে পদচারণ এক সাথে। স্কুলের গন্ডি পেরিয়ে সবে রাজশাহী কলেজে ভর্তি হয়েছি। নতুন পরিবেশ, নতুন বন্ধু, নতুনভাবে নিজেকে চিনতে শেখার সোনালী  সময়। সেই সময়ে এক শীতের সকালে বেতার যন্ত্রের সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন আমার সহপাঠি সাবিনার ভাই।

Radio Bulgaria BNR said Good Bye Audio

Radio Bulgaria’s Spanish website published this sad news yesterday. English service also distributed an Open Letter against the decision on that issue. Radio Bulgaria BNR said Good Bye Audio Service is the sad news. German, French and Spanish service is deleting Audio service from its web.

Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) says Good bye DAB

Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) decided to cease DAB broadcasting from Honk Kong within next six months.

Here is the details from press Release.

The Chief Executive in Council, after considering the report of the Review of the Development of Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) in Hong Kong (the Review), decided on March 28, 2017 that DAB services should be discontinued in Hong Kong, and DAB services provided by Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) be terminated within six months, or as soon as practicable thereafter.

DSWCI বা "The Danish Shortwave Clubs International" ইতিহাসের অংশ হয়ে গেল। ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০১৬ আনুষ্ঠানিক ভাবে বন্ধ হয়ে গেল DSWCI এর সকল কার্যক্রম।

Radio Inyabutatu : No more SW

"Listeners are the power of radio station"- Radio Inyabutatu, realized it better. Due to lack of shortwave listeners Radio Inyabutatu said good bye to the SW service. Their shortwave slot has been taken over seamlessly, by another group of anti-Kagame exiles, this time in New York. It has been effected from  Nov 6, 2016.

রেডিও ভানুয়াতু (Radio Vanuatu) সূবর্ণ জয়ন্তী পালন করা হচ্ছে ৫ দিন ব্যাপী উৎসবের মাধ্যমে। Republic of Vanuatu পশ্চিম প্যাসিফিক এর ৮০টি দ্বীপ নিয়ে গঠিত একটি ত্রিভাষিক স্বাধীন দ্বীপরাষ্ট্র। রেডিও ভানুয়াতু হলো দেশটির একমাত্র সরকারী সম্প্রচার কেন্দ্র, যা দেশটির জাতীয় সম্প্রচার সংস্থা VBTC দ্বারা পরিচালিত।

Finally RA disclosed Radio Australia No more on Asia. AUSTRALIA. The ABC has announced major cuts to Radio Australia shortwave transmissions. From this schedule it's clear that ABC ceased Asian broadcasting. 

SLBC English Coming Back

SLBC English Coming Back

Sri Lanka Broadcasting corporation decided SLBC English Coming Back shortly. January 5, 1967 Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation established. Radio Ceylon then turned into a part of SLBC. Radio Ceylon is the oldest radio station in Asia  Broadcasting Started in 1923, just three years after the inauguration of broadcasting in Europe.
