has been taken over seamlessly, by another group of
anti-Kagame exiles, this time in New York. It has been effected from Nov 6, 2016.

31 August 2013, Radio Inyabutatu started their journey on SW dial. Every Saturday, from UTC 1700 to 1800 it was heard on 17,870 kHz in the 16 meter band.
